Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Hourly Wage: $21.00-$26.00

Job Summary Manufacturing Customer Service Associate

As a Manufacturing Customer Service Associate, you will be the key link between customers and the company, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders. Your responsibilities would involve verifying materials availability, entering quotes into the ERP system, and sending order acknowledgements to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Customer Service Associate

Enter purchase orders and quotes. Confirm ship dates and follow up with tracking information to customers.

Communicate with the team and production regarding any material issues and potential late shipments.

Coordinate with the Production Department to obtain accurate shipment lead time information.

Accurately respond to customer inquiries related to order fulfillment in an expeditious and complete manner. Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Professional communication skills, math, and problem-solving are a must.

Detail-oriented data entry skills required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience with reading and interpreting technical drawings is preferred.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus.
