Job Description*:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

• Steer/guide business users towards strategic solution

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for

improvement.

• Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications.

• Work with development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.

• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.

• Assist in project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and

reporting.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align expectations and resolve

conflicts.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.

• Conduct user acceptance testing
