Assistant PM - Millwork

We’re a millwork engineering firm looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to help deliver high-quality custom projects. You’ll work directly with our Project Managers and engineering team to keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations.

What You’ll Do:

Support PMs with project setup, scope, and schedules

Coordinate drawings, redlines, and submittals

Communicate with clients, engineers, and estimators

Ensure quality control and adherence to standards

Step in to help manage clients and relieve PM workload when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with AutoCAD (2D drafting required)

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
