In this position, you will collaborate with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary care team to support patient assessments, coordinate care, provide education, monitor patient progress, and ensure a safe and positive patient experience.
Position Details:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time
What You'll Do
Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
Assist with admissions, discharges, patient assessments, and care planning.
Communicate patient conditions and changes to the RN and care team.
Support patient and family education.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Delegate and guide support staff as appropriate.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based activities.
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain).
BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferred:
IV certification and other unit-specific certifications as required.
Previous clinical nursing experience.
