Maintenance Tech I Job Description: The Maintenance Technician ensures the safety, functionality, and comfort of healthcare and residential facilities. This role supports operational continuity and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients, residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Respond to unanticipated facility needs to minimize risk and service disruption.
