Mechanical Assembler

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to work in our client site in Gahanna, Ohio, area. This is a full time, temp to hire position.

Required:

Experience or interest in metal work/fabrication.

2-3 yrs. in mechanical assembly (not assembly line).

Read and interpret prints/schematics.

Use power/air/hand tools; lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand, squat, bend, reach, pull, push during shift.

Attention to detail & tactical ability.

Pallet jack experience.

Work independently and in a team.

Reliable attendance.

Contribute to team dynamics.

Cross training on finishing equipment.

Basic computer skills (Word/Excel).

Organizational skills.

Preferred:

Identify various metals (Steels, Aluminum).

Job Shop and manufacturing experience.

Experience with sealants and gaskets.

Education:
