Business Development Manager - Africa

PixaSocial Ai builds viral social content on proprietary psychology and psychographic models, published across Instagram, X, LinkedIn and 12+ channels.

THE ROLE

Develop and execute commercial strategy across Africa - agencies, brands and creators. You are the first commercial hire for the region and you will build the playbook, not inherit it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Land and expand agency and brand accounts in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa.

- Build a partner network that can resell and support PixaSocial regionally.

- Own regional pipeline, pricing conversations and revenue reporting.

- Represent PixaSocial in the market: events, communities, agency relationships.

- Use the product weekly and translate regional needs into product asks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Mid-level BD/sales professional based in Africa, strong written English, comfortable building from zero with little supervision. Remote or onsite.

NICE TO HAVE

Agency/marketing industry background, existing regional network, SaaS sales experience.
