Applied AI Engineer (Agentic Workflows)

PixaSocial Ai builds viral social content on proprietary psychology and psychographic models, published across Instagram, X, LinkedIn and 12+ channels.

THE ROLE

Build the agents campaign operators actually run: multi-step workflows that research, draft, generate, schedule and publish across channels - with humans in the loop where it matters.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design and ship agentic workflows for campaign operators and multi-channel publishing.

- Build tool use, retrieval and evaluation for agents that touch real accounts and real money-adjacent actions.

- Make agents debuggable: traces, replay, guardrails, failure handling, clear escalation to a human.

- Measure quality: task success, cost, latency, and where the agent needed rescue.

- Work directly with product and GTM on the workflows that move the needle for customers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Mid-level applied AI engineer with shipped LLM/agent systems, strong Python, and judgement about when not to use a model. Fully remote, global; time-zone overlap with US or EU preferred.

NICE TO HAVE

Publishing/social APIs, evaluation harnesses, RAG at scale, background job systems.
