IT Systems Analyst

• Analyze existing cloud platforms, identity services, enterprise applications, and related business processes to identify system gaps, integration needs, and opportunities for improvement.

• Consult with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational objectives and document functional, technical, and access-control requirements.

• Translate requirements into system specifications, workflow diagrams, integration requirements, and recommendations for system enhancements.

• Evaluate proposed system designs, upgrades, and technology solutions against business needs, security requirements, and compatibility with existing systems.

• Assess authentication, authorization, privileged-access, and non-human identity workflows, and recommend improvements to how systems manage access.

• Where applicable, analyze the integration of AI-enabled applications or agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources, including their identity and access requirements.

• Coordinate with implementation teams, support integration and user-acceptance testing, and validate that system changes meet documented requirements.

• Prepare system documentation and present findings, solution options, and recommendations to stakeholders.
