Associate Attorney – Charlotte, NC

A well-established Charlotte law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience and strong research, writing, and client-service skills.

Responsibilities include managing cases, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

2+ years of litigation experience preferred

Active North Carolina Bar license

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with a team
