Remote Virtual Receptionist

CARSTAR Lucky Body Shop is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Remote Virtual Receptionist to support our customers and help provide an excellent experience from their first inquiry through the repair process.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering phone calls, responding to customer questions, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online forms.

Provide general information about services, pricing, appointments, and repair processes.

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule customer appointments.

Collect basic customer and vehicle information.

Route technical, insurance, or repair-specific questions to the appropriate team member.

Follow up with customers regarding appointments and inquiries.

Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.

Provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Qualifications

Previous receptionist, customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional and friendly telephone manner.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable working with computers, email, scheduling systems, and online forms.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Automotive or auto body industry experience is a plus but not required.
