Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop tailored therapeutic plans based on their individual needs.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to heal and support clients.

Engage in therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques to suit the dynamics of each situation.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.

Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and care continuity.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health practices and treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a key member of our counseling team, you will work with a diverse patient population, offering services to individuals and families who may face various mental health challenges. This includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your expertise will empower them on their journey toward emotional stability and personal growth.

Qualifications

A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating the ability to provide effective therapeutic interventions.

Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing EMR systems and telehealth technologies to enhance patient care and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, determined by experience and caseload.
