Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine clients' mental health needs and appropriate treatment regimens.

Create personalized therapy plans tailored to individual client goals, using evidence-based methodologies to promote effective outcomes.

Lead group and individual therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and improving relational dynamics among family members.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach in providing client care.

Educate clients and the families involved in their care about mental health challenges, treatment options, and coping strategies throughout the healing process.

Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of client privacy and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
