Are you an experienced HR professional, recruiter, team leader, supervisor, sales leader, or people manager looking for an opportunity where you can use your leadership skills to build something of your own?

We are looking for Managers / Unit Heads who are ready to build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Advisors.

YOUR ROLE AS A MANAGER

As a Manager / Unit Head, you will be responsible for:

Recruiting and building your own team

Coaching and developing Financial Advisors

Setting and monitoring team goals

Conducting team meetings, training, and mentoring sessions

Helping advisors improve productivity and client management

Identifying and developing future leaders

Building and growing your own financial services business

Leading your team toward individual and collective goals

MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

Qualified Managers may receive a monthly Manager’s Allowance of up to 50,000, subject to applicable qualification, performance, and company requirements.

This is also on top of opportunities to earn through:

Important: The 50,000 is not a guaranteed fixed salary. Manager’s Allowance is subject to qualification, performance, and applicable company requirements.

• You expect a guaranteed 50,000 monthly income regardless of performance

• You do not enjoy working with or developing people

• You are not comfortable being accountable for individual and team results
