Pay Range: $50–$57/hour

Annualized Range: Approximately $83,200–$94,800 per year based on a 32-hour work week

Position Overview

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a modern, patient-focused dental practice in Powell, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist looking for a consistent four-day work week, competitive compensation, and a supportive clinical environment.

Our hygienists are provided one-hour recall appointments, allowing dedicated time to deliver thorough preventive care, educate patients, and develop lasting relationships. Schedule

Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: OFF

Responsibilities

Provide concierge-level care with exceptional chairside manner while building trust and rapport with patients

Enhance overall oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancers

Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and provide appropriate preventive and periodontal care

Thoroughly review and document patient medical histories and chief complaints

Take diagnostic x-rays and intraoral images to assist with treatment planning and monitor patient progress

Perform precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist

Monitor patient oral health and accurately document clinical findings

Respond appropriately to unexpected developments during patient treatment and implement emergency measures when necessary

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, at-home care, and long-term oral health maintenance

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

Collaborate with dentists and other team members to provide an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Ohio

Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, periodontal assessment, patient screening, and detailed clinical documentation

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Any additional certification or licensure required by the State of Ohio to perform assigned duties
