Job Description

Full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) opportunity with a busy endocrinology practice in Miami. The APRN will care for patients with diabetes and thyroid conditions, report to an endocrinologist, and provide comprehensive evaluations, chronic disease management, medication titration, and patient education. Spanish and English bilingual communication is required. Experience in endocrinology is preferred, and the position offers excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

Conduct new patient evaluations and comprehensive clinical assessments.

Manage diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other chronic endocrine diseases.

Develop individualized treatment plans.

Titrate and manage medications.

Provide diabetes education and patient counseling.

Document clinical care accurately in electronic health records.

Provide follow-up care and monitor treatment progress.

Collaborate with and report to the endocrinologist.

Preferred Qualifications

Two or more years of advanced practice nursing experience.

Master’s degree in Nursing.

Active APRN license.

Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

Experience in endocrinology and diabetes management.

Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and clinical judgment skills.

Experience with electronic health records and patient education.

Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.\nCompany Description
