We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Man to join our team at Autumn Glen Apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and repair, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and functionality of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management.

Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building systems.

Must have own tools for maintenance tasks and painting.

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Capable of managing workloads efficiently to meet schedule deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
