Are you an experienced Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) or critical care paramedic looking for a unique opportunity to provide advanced patient care in an aeromedical transport environment?

We are seeking qualified ACPs to join a permanent full-time Air Medical Crew, providing advanced pre-hospital and critical care to patients during interfacility air medical transfers.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide advanced patient assessment, stabilization, treatment, and continuous monitoring during transport

• Provide advanced pre-hospital and critical care to critically ill and medically complex patients

• Perform advanced airway management and emergency interventions within scope of practice

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practice

• Monitor and manage patients throughout interfacility transfers

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary air medical team

• Maintain patient safety and high clinical-care standards throughout transport

• Participate in ongoing training, simulation, and professional development

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience

• Current ACP registration/licensure in good standing with the applicable regulatory body

• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable provincial/territorial registration

• Experience caring for critically ill or medically complex patients strongly valued

• Previous aeromedical, critical care, or medical transport experience is an asset

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

Required:

• BLS

• ACLS

Assets:

• PALS

• NRP

• PHTLS/ITLS

• Indigenous Cultural Awareness Training

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $98,000–$123,500 CAD/year, depending on experience and role

• Additional compensation: $20,000–$30,000/year through daily per diem and paid travel days

• Vacation & holiday pay: $9,000–$12,000/year
