Job Description

What You'll Do

Lead a crew of 2–5 on hardscape, grading, and outdoor construction projects from start to finish

Read plans, lay out jobs, set grades, and make sure work is built to spec

Install pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, base and drainage, and pergolas

Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and wheel loaders safely and efficiently

Plan the day, keep the crew productive, and keep jobs on schedule

Communicate with the owner and with clients on site about progress and changes

Track materials, flag issues early, and keep job sites clean and safe

Help train newer crew members

Lead or run routes during commercial snow season (year-round work available)

What We're Looking For

3+ years of landscape or hardscape construction experience, with at least 1 year leading a crew

Solid knowledge of paver and wall installation, base prep, compaction, and drainage

Experience installing irregular materials (flagstone, dry stack walls, etc)

Comfortable running a skid steer and mini excavator

Able to read plans and use a laser level or transit

Valid driver's license and clean driving record; able to tow trailers

Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example

Able to work outdoors in all conditions and lift 50+ lbs

CDL, ICPI/Belgard certification, or bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
