We’re looking for an Executive Chef who can build a strong culinary program, lead a high-performing team, and create food our residents, families, and guests genuinely look forward to.
This role owns the kitchen from menu development to execution, people to performance, and food quality to financial discipline.You’ll probably love this role if you like to:

As Executive Chef, you’ll oversee the full culinary operation, including:
Menu design, recipe development, and plate presentation
Daily food preparation and dining service
Food quality, freshness, consistency, and presentation
Hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and development of culinary staff
Ordering, procurement, inventory, food cost, and waste management
Department budgets, forecasting, timecards, and payroll
Food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
Modified diets and texture requirements
Resident and guest satisfaction
Special events and dining experiences
Kitchen equipment, cleanliness, and overall department standardsWhat We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with real culinary credibility and real leadership ability.
Ideally, you bring:
Professional culinary experience in senior living, hospitality, resorts, hotels, clubs, restaurants, or another high-volume environment
Previous experience leading a kitchen and culinary team
Strong menu-development and food-production skills
Knowledge of food cost, purchasing, sanitation, inventory, and kitchen operations
Strong communication and people-leadership skills
An eye for quality, presentation, and the guest experience
Ability to run a disciplined operation without losing creativity
Food handler certification
Culinary education and 2+ years of culinary management experience preferredCompensation & Benefits
Approximately $75,000 annually, based on experience
