Responsibilities:
Conducting visual inspections of parts, components, and finished products to identify any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from specifications.
Performing functional tests, durability tests, and other specialized tests to evaluate product performance and reliability.
Documenting inspection results, test data, and findings in written reports, inspection logs, or electronic databases.
Communicating quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders, including production personnel, supervisors, and quality engineers.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
Providing training and guidance to production operators and other personnel on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary education preferred ; High School Diploma required.
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly facility.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with statistical process control techniques.
Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Proficient in English.
Shift schedule (subject to change): 2nd Shift - 3:30pm-12:30am.
