Tulsa, OK

$18–$40/HR + OVERTIME

Monday–Friday

Driver Source Staffing Professionals is hiring skilled, mechanically inclined candidates for multiple full-time opportunities in the Tulsa area!

If you have experience with diesel engines, heavy equipment, oilfield equipment, mechanical assembly, repair, troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical systems, we want to talk to you!

CURRENT OPENINGS

ASSEMBLER – OILFIELD REPAIR & REBUILD TECHNICIAN

$18–$24/HR

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Temp-to-Hire Overtime Available

Responsibilities Include:

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair & rebuild oilfield tools and equipment

• Assemble mechanical components

• Perform operational and pressure testing

• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and equipment failures

• Read blueprints, schematics & technical drawings

• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanical systems

• Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring equipment

• Complete work orders and document repairs

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Mechanical assembly, equipment repair, industrial maintenance or oilfield experience preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems

• Able to work in a physically demanding shop environment

• Oilfield experience is a plus, but strong mechanical backgrounds are encouraged to apply!

DIESEL MECHANIC

$25–$40/HR + OVERTIME

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Paid Every Friday

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose, repair & maintain diesel engines and heavy equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

• Repair engines, pumps & transmissions

• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical & electronic systems

• Engine and transmission rebuilds

• Perform DOT inspections and required documentation

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

$25–$40/HR + OVERTIME

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Field/Customer Service Position

Responsibilities Include:

• Travel to customer locations

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, heavy trucks & oilfield equipment

• Install, start up and commission equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fuel & cooling systems

• Replace major components

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Provide professional service at customer locations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

️ Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

️ Diesel, heavy equipment, industrial or oilfield experience depending on position

️ Ability to read schematics, blueprints and technical manuals

️ Dependable, motivated and safety-focused

️ Ability to work overtime when needed

️ Own tools required for certain technician positions

️ 5+ years diesel experience preferred for Diesel/Field Service positions OR accredited trade school completion

️ Must meet applicable physical and drug-screening requirements
