Lead Salesforce Developer Remote Europe

Lever, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Developer based in Spain to lead development for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. You will build Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations, own releases, data quality, and platform administration in a remote first, globally distributed environment.

You'll translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and explore AI capabilities, LLMs, and MCP integrations to improve CRM workflows while collaborating across time zones and teams.
