Remote Outpatient Coder - ICD/CPT Expert

e4health is seeking an Outpatient Coder to accurately abstract data into client EMR systems, following ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines, AMA CPT, and CMS directives. You will perform data entry of required patient information into the client's system.

You will query physicians when needed and collaborate with Clinical Documentation staff to ensure complete and accurate coding, while maintaining a 95%+ accuracy rate and meeting productivity standards. This is a remote role.
