M-T 6AM-4:30PMPay Rate/Salary of the Production Operator:

$18-20/hrResponsibilities of the Production Operator:

Improve assembly processes and manufacturing operations through customer satisfaction.

Operate test and assembly equipment, and perform hand assembly of electronic and mechanical components.

Ensure on-time delivery of projects and services.

Recommend and implement actions to drive quality improvements.

Comply with Quality System procedures.Qualifications of the Production Operator:

Proficient in office automation equipment and software.

Hands-on experience in electronics, optoelectronics, or manufacturing.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of assembly technology and equipment is preferred.
