Duties

Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure safe handling of goods

Perform accurate inventory management using warehouse management systems as400

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct items are selected and properly packaged according to shipping standards

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies through data entry and inventory management practices

Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during load & unload activities

Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, packing stations, and storage areas in accordance with warehouse distribution procedures

Skills

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs for efficient stock control

Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively

Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately

Experience in warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, load & unload tasks, and logistics coordination
