Sales Representative- Fashion Boutique

Responsibilities

● Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service.

● Promote and sell clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery, watches, eyewear and other fashion products.

● Respond to customer enquiries and assist customers in making purchases.

● Follow up with interested customers where necessary.

● Maintain accurate sales records.

● Assist with stock-taking and proper arrangement of merchandise.

● Keep the boutique neat, organized and presentable.

● Safeguard company merchandise, cash and other business property.

● Report stock shortages, damaged items or other discrepancies to management.

● Perform other reasonable duties related to the smooth running of the boutique.

Requirements

● Minimum qualification: SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent.

● Must be able to read and write well and communicate clearly.

● Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Elelenwo, Port- Harcourt and be able to get to work reliably and on time.

● Must own a functional mobile phone with an active internet connection.

● Must be honest, punctual, responsible and hardworking.

● Must have good customer service and communication skills.

● Must be neat, presentable and respectful.
