Sr. Attorney

Position: Sr. Attorney, Contracts – Aircraft Purchasing Agreements

Location: Greenville, Plano, Rockwall, or Waco, TX

Salary: $240,000–$260,000

Schedule: 1st Shift, 9/80

Role Overview:

This position will provide senior legal counsel on complex aerospace contracts, with a strong focus on Aircraft Purchase Agreements, aviation contracts, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and MRO agreements. The role will also support DoD/Government contracts and work closely with business and sector leadership.

Key Requirements:

JD / Law degree

Active Texas bar license

13+ years of relevant legal/contracts experience

Strong aviation/aerospace contracts experience

Direct experience with Aircraft Purchase Agreements

Experience with DoD/Government contracts

MRO/maintenance agreement experience preferred

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
