Job Description

Lead multifamily construction projects from site work through certificate of occupancy

Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and daily field operations

Direct subcontractors and field teams while maintaining quality, safety, and deadlines

Mentor and oversee Assistant Superintendents throughout the construction lifecycle

Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and communication with stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

Experience guiding multifamily projects from foundation through final turnover

Knowledge of fire suppression systems and life-safety requirements

Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable professionally

Confident decision-maker who brings solutions, not just problems

Organized, proactive, and diligent with documentation, scheduling, and reporting

Salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 130,000
