Job Description

The Restaurant Kitchen Manager leads a small independent kitchen team supporting a full-service menu. This role coordinates daily kitchen operations, staffing, maintains food safety standards, and ensures consistent preparation and quality across all dishes. The position offers an opportunity to progress toward an Assistant General Manager pathway.

Responsibilities

Manage daily kitchen operations for a full-service menu.

Prepare food and oversee consistent execution of menu items.

Create and maintain staff schedules for the kitchen team.

Enforce food safety and sanitation standards.

Monitor quality control throughout food preparation and service.

Lead and support the small independent kitchen team.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant kitchen management experience.

Food Protection Manager Certification.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Experience with kitchen operations.
