General Manager - Digital Sign Printing

Job Description

Leading printing organization is searching to hire a General Manager for its digital sign printing and fabrication facility in UT.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and direct workforce to meet or exceed sales and profit goals of the business location.

Build community relations in the area providing brand awareness with a sales focus.

Make certain printed projects are completed on time and within budget.

Schedule jobs and assist with any production issues.

Mentor, develop and hold employees accountable.

Oversee training of employees.

Build a positive work culture where employees can succeed and reach their potential.

Work closely with executive and regional leadership team.

Budgeting and P&L responsibilities.

Qualifications include:

Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in the digital sign printing industry.

Sign fabrication and installation experience preferred.

General management experience including operations, sales, planning and implementing strategies.

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.

Working knowledge of prepress, digital printing, fabrication, and sign installations.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Good communication and follow through skills.

Strong business acumen.
