Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, needs, and treatment requirements.

Develop and implement customized therapy programs and interventions aimed at addressing each client's unique experiences and aspirations.

Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and healing.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services for clients.

Provide education and support to clients' families as they navigate the therapeutic process, emphasizing the importance of a supportive home environment.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the privacy and integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, communication barriers, and relational difficulties. Qualifications

Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach towards clients, demonstrating understanding of their diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
