The outpatient setting emphasizes flexibility and responsiveness to client needs, along with the use of telehealth technology to enhance service delivery.Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:\n\n Delivering individualized, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address specific needs and treatment goals.\n Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify emotional and behavioral issues, working collaboratively to develop treatment strategies.\n Providing crisis intervention as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.\n Creating individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients and their families, and conducting regular follow-ups to monitor progress.\n Engaging actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to integrate diverse perspectives into holistic treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient care.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Your caseload will primarily consist of individuals grappling with substance use disorders alongside various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns.

You'll work closely with families to navigate the complexities of relational dynamics and support healthy communication patterns.

Your expertise will play a critical role in fostering resilience, encouraging recovery, and guiding clients towards a healthier lifestyle.Qualifications\n To be considered for this role, we require the following qualifications:\n\n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.\n An active License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) within the state of Pennsylvania.\n A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, particularly working with families and couples.\n Demonstrated strengths in psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention techniques, and effective counseling methods.\n A deep understanding of individual and family development throughout the life span and how these dynamics influence recovery and treatment.\nPreferred Experience\n While not mandatory, candidates with additional training in substance abuse counseling or familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be favored.

Experience with telehealth systems and technologies is also beneficial, given the remote nature of the work.Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
