The outpatient office serves as our main hub where therapists collaborate for case discussions and professional development.

This setup allows you to manage your schedule efficiently while ensuring a supportive environment that prioritizes mental health without the constraints of traditional office settings.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough initial assessments for new clients to evaluate their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.\n Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.\n Utilize diagnostic tools and psychological assessments to inform treatment approaches and adjust them as necessary based on client progress.\n Provide emotional support and coping strategies to clients in various life situations, helping them navigate their personal challenges.\n Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans that support the overall health of clients.\n Document treatment plans and client progress meticulously in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n This role focuses on a diverse array of clients, including adolescents and adults grappling with various mental health disorders.

At Beyond Pain Psychotherapy Services, we have a particular emphasis on supporting individuals affected by trauma, chronic pain, and co-occurring disorders.

As a counselor, your insights and strategies will help guide clients toward recovery and improved quality of life.Qualifications\n\n A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.\n Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).\n Demonstrated clinical experience, preferably within an outpatient setting, is essential.\n Strong capabilities in critical thinking, active listening, and effective communication.\n Empathy and a profound commitment to fostering positive relationships with clients.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience working with a varied patient demographic, particularly those facing substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma.\n Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is advantageous.\n Prior experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient files and documentation.\nCompensation and Benefits\n This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus.
