You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff, all dedicated to providing a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals seeking recovery.
Your role will involve comprehensive interactions with clients and colleagues, all through our telehealth platform, ensuring seamless integration of care across various treatment modalities.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use history and co-occurring mental health issues.\n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying psychological challenges, utilizing proven methodologies.\n Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.\n Collaborate closely with other treatment team members to ensure integrated care and consistent communication regarding client progress and treatment outcomes.\n Educate and support clients’ families, fostering their involvement and understanding of the recovery process.\n Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical practices.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with substance use disorders and possibly co-occurring mental health conditions.
You will work with a diverse population, addressing unique backgrounds and recovery journeys, aiding them as they navigate the challenges of addiction.
Your expert guidance will empower clients to reclaim their lives and pursue fulfilling, substance-free futures.Qualifications\n\n A valid and active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).\n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.\n Specialized training and experience in addiction counseling, particularly in the application of evidence-based practices.\n Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire clients toward recovery.\n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, essential for collaborative work with a multidisciplinary team.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Previous experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, allowing for a thorough understanding of virtual client engagement.\n Familiarity with various treatment modalities and tools relevant to substance abuse and mental health treatment, including knowledge of electronic health record systems.\n Commitment to ongoing professional development in addiction counseling and mental health practices.\nCompensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
