Our outpatient facility is equipped with the necessary tools to facilitate seamless therapy experiences, including access to digital resources and telehealth platforms that enhance client engagement and progress monitoring.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the unique needs of each client.\n Provide crisis intervention and support during critical moments, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues with sensitivity and professionalism.\n Perform initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to track clients’ progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.\n Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients and monitor their effectiveness, ensuring relevance and adaptability based on client feedback.\n Engage actively in a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and contributing to holistic treatment planning that encompasses the various dimensions of each client’s life.\n Facilitate psychoeducation sessions on mental health and substance abuse issues, equipping clients and their families with practical coping strategies and resources.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily work with individuals and families facing challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders.
This includes adolescents, adults, and couples navigating relational dynamics exacerbated by external stressors.
Your expertise will be vital in conducting psychosocial assessments, identifying therapeutic goals, and implementing evidence-based interventions to foster recovery and resilience.Qualifications\n\n Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.\n A valid and active LMFT license in Pennsylvania is required.\n Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly focused on marriage and family therapy.\n Demonstrated clinical skills in psychosocial assessments, crisis management, and individual and group counseling.\n A sound understanding of family dynamics, individual and family development over lifespans, as well as trauma-informed care practices.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience working with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.\n Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities specific to family-based therapy.\n Proficient in utilizing teletherapy platforms and electronic records management systems.\nCompensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
