However, as part of our outpatient office model, you will engage closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals and participate in virtual meetings and collaborative care discussions to enhance the quality of our services.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews and standardized assessment tools, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.\n Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's unique struggles, incorporating therapeutic modalities that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and supportive psychotherapy.\n Hold regular therapeutic sessions, utilizing a combination of in-depth discussions, practical exercises, and coping strategies to empower clients in their recovery journey.\n Facilitate referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or nutritionists, when necessary, to ensure the client receives a holistic approach to their care.\n Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.\n Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing severe distress, redefining their immediate coping strategies.\n Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry best practices and therapeutic techniques.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges.

By employing a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, you will help individuals navigate their unique paths to wellness.Qualifications\n\n Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.\n Current and valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.\n Strong clinical experience with a variety of patient populations, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment modalities.\n Excellent critical thinking, verbal communication, and listening skills to foster a trustful environment with clients.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience in outpatient settings with a documented background of working with clients experiencing dual diagnoses.\n Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital health tools to facilitate remote sessions effectively.\n Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities are a plus.\nCompensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000, depending on your level of experience and expertise.
