As a community health clinic, we engage with clients from various backgrounds, offering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives and experiences can enhance therapeutic outcomes.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and employ evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.\n Utilize therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other intervention techniques to help clients achieve mental wellness and resilience.\n Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and reflects a high standard of professional ethics.\n Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to cultivate a holistic approach to treatment and ensure comprehensive care.\n Lead and participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement within the clinical team.\n Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery journey, empowering them to take control of their health.\n Stay informed about the latest industry research and mental health advancements to provide up-to-date, effective care.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals managing chronic mental health conditions, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
Your skills and empathy will play a crucial role in guiding clients from different backgrounds towards healing and improved mental wellbeing.Qualifications\n\n A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.\n An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.\n Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a passion for delivering individualized care.\n Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.\n Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client situations and facilitate positive outcomes.\n Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, appreciating the contributions of colleagues to enhance client care.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience in a community health or outpatient mental health setting.\n Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools that support remote mental health services.\n You have a track record of utilizing innovative therapeutic approaches and adapting them to meet client needs.\nCompensation and Benefits\n Everbright Mind Care Recovery Center offers a competitive annual salary between $100,000 and $105,000, commensurate with experience.
