Inside Sales Representative - B2B Outbound Calling

UPLIMARK LLC is hiring an Inside Sales Representative - B2B Outbound Calling. This is an on-site position in Irvine, California, not a remote role.

Pay: $18 per hour. First month: approximately 4 hours per day of paid training, followed by full-time work.

Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to business prospects, identify needs, follow up on sales opportunities, and maintain CRM records. As training progresses, assist with emails, quotations, invoices, orders, and sales administration. Outbound calling remains a core responsibility.

Qualifications: Relevant telephone sales or outbound calling experience preferred. Professional English phone and email communication, basic computer and spreadsheet skills, reliability, and willingness to learn. A completed college degree is not required for candidates with relevant telephone sales experience. Mandarin is not required; Spanish is welcome. Daily commuting to Irvine is required.
