Utilize these insights to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.\n Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the client.\n Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.\n Engage in teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions or those who face challenges with in-person visits, ensuring continued access to care.\n Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards mandated by state and professional guidelines.\n Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills, with an emphasis on staying informed of the latest developments in mental health practices.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults who present with various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage with clients from multiple backgrounds and effectively build therapeutic relationships that are grounded in empathy, respect, and trust.Qualifications\n\n A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).\n A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.\n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients through active listening and engagement.\n Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in interactions with clients and colleagues.\n Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a dynamic caseload effectively.\nPreferred Experience\n While we invite all qualified candidates to apply, preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in outpatient settings, particularly those who have worked with a varied client population.
