Salesforce Senior Admin/Developer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.

Must possess active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect).

Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues in a production environment.

Expertise in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, including security models, data management, and user management.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Preferred:

Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).

Experience in a small IT team environment.

Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
