Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring Full Time and Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our long-term care team in Berwick, PA. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
About the Role:
As an RN Supervisor at Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units
Overseeing the implementation of resident care plans
Conducting regular nursing unit rounds
Ensuring proper documentation of incidents and clinical updates
Promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
Assisting in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Previous Supervisor experience
