Castle Point Landscape is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to join our leadership team and take the reins of our field operations. What You'll Do

You’ll be the crucial link between our estimators, clients, and field teams—owning the day-to-day coordination of our maintenance and construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating field teams with clarity and purpose

Managing project handoffs and pushing them through to on-time, on-budget completion

Ordering materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met

Addressing equipment needs, coordinating repairs, and overseeing fleet maintenance

Communicating with clients, setting expectations, and identifying upsell opportunities

Handling change orders, warranty work, and resolving issues before they become problems

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in the landscaping or green industry

Working knowledge of LMN or similar industry software

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

The ability to read and interpret landscape and construction plans

Familiarity with New Jersey plant materials and seasonal requirements

Mechanically inclined with confidence managing equipment and repairs
