Description:

Are you a strong communicator who understands AI and knows how to turn business challenges into practical process improvements?

The VA Group is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist (Client Systems Architect) to help clients successfully adopt and maximize AI-powered solutions through MAVIS.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, identify operational challenges, gather feedback, and translate business needs into effective AI solutions. You will serve as the bridge between the client, their processes, and our AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate does not need to be a developer. Instead, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, hands-on AI experience, and professional experience in training, operations, or process improvement.

You should be comfortable analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and helping clients implement better ways of working.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through clear, proactive, professional, and empathetic communication.

Conduct client consultations to understand business processes, challenges, goals, operational requirements, and desired outcomes.

Manage multiple client accounts and stakeholder groups while maintaining consistent communication, follow-through, and service quality.

Practice active listening, acknowledge client concerns, manage objections, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.

Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, scalability, and workflow management.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, and similar platforms to develop practical business solutions.

Create, test, and refine AI prompts, instructions, automations, and workflows based on client requirements.

Translate client needs into structured, logic-based workflows, process maps, decision trees, and scalable solutions.

Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement or automation.

Develop workflow recommendations, process documentation, SOPs, and Logic Blueprints as needed.

Configure, operate, and continuously improve MAVIS solutions to support client processes and business objectives.

Work with APIs, integrations, and supporting tools such as Postman when required to implement or optimize workflows.

Monitor AI performance and use client feedback, system results, and operational data to continuously improve solutions.

Explain AI capabilities, technical workflows, limitations, and recommendations in clear, business-friendly language.

Conduct client training, walkthroughs, and demonstrations to support successful implementation and AI adoption.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements, workflows, and AI solutions are properly understood and aligned.

Take ownership of client implementations, deliverables, documentation, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Proactively communicate availability, project risks, challenges, and potential delays that may affect client outcomes.

Maintain professional conduct, presentation, reliability, and preparedness during client and internal engagements. Support client satisfaction, solution adoption, retention, and long-term success with MAVIS.

Analyze and translate business processes into clear SOPs, workflows, and decision trees using if-this-then-that logic, then evaluate their effectiveness through measurable performance indicators.
