Quality Engineer
Salary: $80K-$95K

• Lead and manage corrective action processes and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in quality audits and quality clinic activities
• Report quality trends, losses, and performance metrics to leadership
Qualifications for the Quality Engineer:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards
• Knowledge of SPC/SQC, auditing, inspection methods, quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, and IMDS principles
