Concierge (Residential)

KS Services seeks a full-time Concierge responsible for monitoring cameras, tracking visitors and foot traffic in the lobby and throughout the property, and logging resident packages. The Concierge contributes to the overall safety of residents, visitors, and property staff.

Essential Duties

Log incoming packages for timely delivery to residents

Monitor cameras and closed-circuit monitors

Log and monitor visitors and special services (movers, exterminators, and others)

Greet and assist residents with inquiries and requests

Answer telephone calls clearly and professionally

Maintain all areas in a clean, professional condition

In an emergency, patrol on foot, investigate, and contact emergency services

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Minimum one year of customer service experience; hospitality experience preferred

Ability to multitask and prioritize on an ongoing basis

Good computer skills; advanced verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements

Regularly sit, walk, and stand; communicate in person and by telephone

Lift up to 15 pounds

Compensation

Hourly, non-exempt: $17.50-20.00 per hour (varies by post)

Reports to the Operations Manager / District Manager
