Display Installation and Merchandising Specialist

2020 Companies is hiring dependable, organized, and motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to support leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

In this role, you’ll complete hands-on merchandising and installation projects at retail locations within a 90-mile travel area. You’ll work independently, use mobile apps and technology to manage assignments, follow project instructions, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills will help you build positive relationships with store teams and consistently deliver quality results.

Position Details

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Travel Area: Must be available to travel up to 90 miles from your residence for assignments

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours: Flexible scheduling with assignments taking place between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Please note: Available hours depend on assignment volume and are not guaranteed.

Scheduling: Opportunities may include self-scheduled projects as well as scheduled shifts depending on client and project needs

Screening Requirements: Candidates must have a dependable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. Successful completion of a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening is required in accordance with applicable state laws.

What You’ll Do

Assemble, install, maintain, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and product displays

Complete store resets, retail build-outs, remodeling projects, and display repairs

Accurately follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and client-specific merchandising instructions

Set up and service TVs, kiosks, interactive displays, and other retail display equipment

Perform software and operating system updates on display devices as required

Install or replace promotional graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials

Identify and troubleshoot hardware or display issues to help ensure equipment is functioning correctly

Take and upload photos using a mobile device to document completed assignments

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while professionally representing the client

Requirements

Comfortable working with basic hand tools and technology

Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation

Ability and willingness to safely climb ladders up to 10 feet

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs

Ability to walk, kneel, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the workday

Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from your residence in any direction to complete service assignments

Must provide and use the following tools: Phillips head and flat head screwdrivers, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, and 256G USB with USB-A / C adapter

Smartphone with a current operating system and active data plan

Comfortable downloading mobile apps, reviewing digital work instructions, and uploading photos to document completed assignments
