Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >65 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences preferred.

Unit Details: Responsible for operation of the heart catheterization laboratory suite. Operates diagnostic fluoroscopy and cardiac equipment, monitors patient vitals, performs routine calculations, circulates, and assists the physician during procedures. Prepares procedure rooms, equipment, and patients for procedures and serves as liaison to the hospital Radiation Safety Officer (RSO). Obtains diagnostic images for coronary artery disease and peripheral vascular disease, performs hemodynamic monitoring during procedures, and transmits, archives, and retrieves digital images in PACS.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible schedule with weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
