Monster Digital is an apparel manufacturing company, and our Production Team Members are a critical part of getting customer orders produced, inspected, packed and out the door.

No specialized manufacturing experience is required. We’re looking for dependable people who learn quickly, work well with others and take pride in doing a good job.

What You'll Do

Depending on your department, you may:

Fold T-shirts manually or using a folding machine

Apply price tickets and size strips

Load and unload printing, labeling, folding and other production machines

Inspect finished apparel for quality

Bundle and pack completed products

Pack and move merchandise

Keep your work area clean and organized

Learn different areas of the production process and help where needed

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know how to do everything on day one. We'll train you.

You do need to be:

Dependable and ready to work your scheduled shifts

Able to learn quickly and follow instructions

Comfortable standing for a 12-hour shift with three scheduled breaks

Able to work in hot conditions during the summer months

Available to work Saturday or Sunday when it is part of your assigned shift

Respectful and professional with coworkers and supervisors

Able to follow safety, attendance and workplace policies

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Work Fewer Days. Get Full-Time Hours.

Our production teams work 12-hour shifts, which means you can get your hours in while working fewer days each week.

Available schedules may include:

Weekday Shift

Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Plus alternating Thursdays, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

$17.00/hour

Night Shift

Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

Plus alternating Thursdays, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

$18.00/hour

Weekend Shift

Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Plus alternating Thursdays, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

$18.00/hour ($17.00 base + $1.00 shift differential)
