Job Description

Inspect machined parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.

Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and coordinate measuring equipment.

Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.

Identify defects, non-conforming materials, and production issues.

Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and company procedures.

Work closely with machine operators, CNC programmers, and supervisors to resolve quality concerns.

Conduct audits of production processes and finished products.

Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
